After exploring our bodies in the last quarter, we will go into an immersion session and delve into the language without words,
"Body language is a type of communication in which physical behaviors, as opposed to words, are used to express or convey information. Such behavior includes facial expressions, body posture, gestures, eye movement, touch and the use of space. [...] Although body language is an important part of communication, most of it happens without conscious awareness." -- Wikipedia
This autumn to winter we let the body have its say and listen to it carefully.
After Watzlawik we cannot not communicate.
Everyone can find their own expression in free dance (improv), body perception exercises, meditations and partner exercises, circle dances and body prayers.
